Johnny Ray Springs, 48, departed this life on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at his residence.
 Mr. Springs was born the son of Perry Eugene Springs and Carolyn Christine Porter Springs on November 20, 1971 in Florence.  He was an avid animal lover and enjoyed fishing, listening to music, collecting coins, and spending time with loved ones. 
 He is survived by:  two sisters, Carol Ann Turbeville (Frank) of Andrews and Jessica Springs of Timmonsville; a brother, David Eugene Springs of Williamston; and his fur baby, Pebbles II. 
 He was predeceased by: his parents; and a sister, Peggy Springs Baxley.
 A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
McKenzie Funeral Home is honored to serve the Springs family.
